Same ol' same ol'. Had more platforming fun with the Prince today. You know, oddly enough, playing this game brings back memories of playing the older versions of this series on my ooooold iMac (yes young 'uns, this is no new IP) more than the Sands trilogy did.
I'm loving this far more than those games regardless, what with the unique visual style and solid gameplay. Interesting how you can beat a boss in literally a second by just shoving him off a ledge. Eh, but I'm not complaining. I feel that if I was constantly fighting bad guys the combat system would get old really quickly. They've gotten the perfect balance here. It's really incredible.

Playing this game some more. Still putzing around in Old Ascalon. Still more enjoyable than WoW....
I played it for some time. Was fun and all, but eventually grew tired about fighting enemies in the same pattern, and that the enemies were so rare. Believe they tried to keep the game true to its roots, where you could only fight one enemy at a time, but still, it's sort of slower than my usual game.
Now, if they made some game with this platforming and an active battle system like the ones of God of War, Devil May Cry or Kingdom Hearts, it'd be awesome.
